All our digital scrapbooking art is in the format of a downloadable file. After going through checkout you will be forwarded to a page where you can download your purchases immediately - so not waiting for the post - how nice!

CUSTOM MADE SCRAPBOOKS

We can ship these to you if you don't live within the Birmingham area or surrounding counties but we generally encourage our clients to collect the album(s) as we understand the value you place on these (as do we). Royal Mail is generally very good but there have been instances where items, for no apparent reason,  have gone missing and we would hate one of your albums to be included in this group. Digital Scrapbook Albums can be sent on  various types of storage media for customers to arrange printing themselves should they wish to. Back-up copies are always kept should anything happen to the original or the media is lost in the post.

If you do live outside of the area and would like to have your album sent we would encourage you to arrange with us to have it delivered by insured courier - this will cost more than standard parcel services but would guarantee safe delivery. Prices vary according to weight and the number of albums ordered. We will confirm all of these costs with you during our consultation.

CARD COLLECTION AND SINGLE CARDS

All crafted cards and card collections are sent by 1st class post via Royal Mail  - we always obtain proof of postage but should you wish for these items to be insured, please indicate when ordering and we will charge accordingly.

DELIVERY TIMES

Digital Art:     Instant - it doesn't get any faster that this!

Cards:            1-2 days delivery by 1st class post via RoyalMail

Card Collections:     3-5 working days (some collections are kept as stock items but usually card collections are made to order). If you are ordering in bulk  - lead times will vary dependent on the number of items ordered. We will confirm ALL lead times upon receipt of order. All cards will be sent 1st class recorded post via Royal Mail

Photographic prints:      All photographic prints are processed to order and take 5-7 days. These will be sent 1st class recorded post via Royal Mail.
